🔵 Patron Reservation Tip:
Some books and kits have loan periods that may extend beyond the final scheduled van delivery dates. To ensure your reservations align with the delivery calendar, please select the “SHORTER BOOKING PERIOD” checkbox in the booking calendar when placing your request.
Using this option ensures your reservation can be fulfilled through the end of the school year. For districts and schools who have opted in for premium media services for 25-26, this option supports extending checked out instructional materials over the summer. ☀️
Media materials will be delivered as requested through the final scheduled delivery and pickup for the 2024–2025 school year. For Premium Subscription subscribers, Keystone AEA Media Staff will extend reservations over the summer. Due dates for these materials will be updated to align with the scheduled August pickup when regular van delivery service resumes for the 2025–2026 school year.
